So far this week we have investigated some super cool science experiments, created beautiful pieces of art, and invented clothing and objects to keep us dry in the rain (for our reading activity). Click through the slideshow to see Whakarua 3's amazing work from Wednesday and Thursday. You can make it full screen by clicking the square-shaped button at the bottom of the slideshow. Enjoy!
This is a Year 3 and 4 class blog at South Hornby School. We are in the Uru MÄnuka Cluster. This is a place where we will share our learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave a comment. Please check out our individual blogs as well.

Aiden says 'cool M&M experiments, maybe you could try the same thing with skittles'
ReplyDeleteHyacint says 'great art colouring, maybe you could make another one for other people'
Those mosaics are all amazing! All those different science experiments look like a lot of fun, so impressed that those balloons inflated. Those M&Ms and water form cool colours, and still can't get over the pencils through the bags of water, no leaking! What a great effort.
ReplyDeleteHi Eliza.
ReplyDeleteI like the way that you covered yourself to keep yourself from getting wet.
This reminds me when Christine and I design a rain coat ourselves in whakarua four.
