This is a Year 3 and 4 class blog at South Hornby School. We are in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where we will share our learning. ReplyDeleteSo much great home learning!!
ReplyDeleteMason, walruses have 400 whiskers?! Thats so many! I wonder why they need them all? I see from your poster that their main predator is the polar bear, I thought they would be a similar size to a walrus? Very interesting. I counted 3 dinosaurs in the picture, am I right?
Arav - great writing, I saw the purple flower first!
Luke, I liked what you observed in the picture, I think the battery may fit in the balloon.
Putauaki, I like you bat poster, I had no idea they could jump. I see they live in colonies and these can be in the hundreds? What would you do if you found a colony of over 100 vampire bats hanging upside down in a rainforest?
Matthew, I didn't know vampire bats like to live in warm places. Very interesting!
Bella, OMG those cookies look AMAZING? What flavour are they? And your nails look gorgeous, looks like you've been doing lots of fun activites.
