Here are some fantastic readers who have worked hard and moved up a reading level! It is super important to celebrate success and how hard these learners have worked. The only one missing is Slade as he was away today. Congratulations Tyson, Jacob, Declan and Oliver!
This is a Year 3 and 4 class blog at South Hornby School. We are in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where we will share our learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave a comment. Please check out our individual blogs as well.

Kia ora whanau o whakarua! Tīno pai tō mahi koutou!! A big well done to the students who moved up a reading level in June. I am enjoying checking on ALL of your progress in whakarua. I'm very impressed with your accomplishments over these 2 terms! I wish too come visit you sometime and see how everyone is doing if I can find the time around work after the holidays. I look forward to watching all the amazing things you'll do next term! Whaowhia te kete mātauranga. I encourage you all to 'fill your basket of knowledge.'
